Newington Plus is the range we sourced so you don't have to make that compromise.
These are engineered oak floors finished with commercial-grade lacquers, the same class of finish specified for high-traffic spaces like department stores. In plain English: they shrug off daily life. Scratches, scuffs, spills, the school run, the dog skidding round the kitchen, the floor just gets on with it. No re-oiling, no "shoes off at the door" rules unless you want them.

We look at flooring all day, and we struggle to tell the difference between these finishes and our oiled finishes. Cheap lacquers shine. These don't.

No PVA glue needed, with a pine core. These floors can be floated on an underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor.
