We don’t do fake sales. But there is one genuine way to pay less for a Kite floor: confirm early on selected best sellers, and we’ll take 15% off our retail price.
No “Spring Sale”. Just a lower price.
Like everyone else, we’ve watched costs head in one direction for the last few years. So we went to our European manufacturers and agreed better terms, on the condition that we bulk our orders.
When clients confirm early, we can collate those orders and pass the saving straight back to you. Ordering ahead genuinely costs us less, so it costs you less too.
Projects 6 weeks to 6 months away
- In the window? That’s most renovations, so if you’re organised, you’re probably already there.
- More than 6 months away? No need to order yet. Come back closer to the time.
- Less than 6 weeks away? We’ll look after you from stock, but we can’t offer the scheme price at that notice.
- Trade customer? The scheme isn’t available on trade accounts, and can’t be combined with trade pricing.

Confirm within 14 days of the final quote, 6 weeks to 6 months before delivery, and get 15% off.
Your price is fixed
Pay your deposit and your price is locked in, protected from any further increases.
Spread across your project, not one big bill
The 15% deposit and the 15% discount are two different things. The deposit secures your order and stock; the discount is your saving against our retail price.

These are our current best sellers, and we add new floors from time to time. Bespoke floors from our Clissold Range aren’t included.
We’ll store your floor, free, for up to 6 months
Delays are the rule, not the exception, on building projects. If your date slips, your floor stays with us until you’re ready. No stacking boxes in your hallway while the plasterer finishes.
Before you ask
What if my target delivery date changes?
Not a problem. We can store your floor free for up to 6 months. If you need it sooner than planned, we’ll do our best, but we can’t always guarantee it.
Why can’t I order closer to the date and still get the discount?
The saving only exists because orders are spread across the 6-week-to-6-month window, which lets us collate them. If everyone leaves it to the last minute, we can’t collate, and there’s no saving to pass on.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Your deposit pre-orders stock and commits us with our manufacturers, so get in touch as early as you can. In practice we can almost always make it work, especially if you’re switching to another floor in the scheme.
How much notice do you need for delivery?
When your floor is ready, our customer services team will be in touch. We normally need 3 working days to arrange delivery.
Can I buy scheme floors online at the discounted price?
No. The scheme works through a quotation, so it doesn’t apply to packs bought through our online checkout.
Are all floors included?
No, just the best sellers listed above.

- The minimum order for the scheme is £1,500.
- The 15% discount applies to floor materials only, not underlay, trims, accessories or delivery. Prices include VAT.
- Your final quotation is the binding price, and the 14 days run from its date.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but we may be able to transfer it to another floor in the scheme.
- If your quantities change once the site is finalised, we’ll adjust your order, but we can’t guarantee extra material will carry the discount.
- After 6 months’ free storage, we may charge £10 per pallet per week.
- Scheme pricing is per project, isn’t transferable, and can’t be combined with trade pricing or any other offer.
